FAQ

Questions parents ask

How do I get the guide after I buy?

You’ll get an email with your download link right after checkout. The guides are PDFs that open on any phone, tablet or computer, and every worksheet is designed to print.

Does this work in my state?

Yes. The guides are written for families anywhere in the U.S. Where rules differ by state, such as deposit deadlines or what landlords can charge, we tell you exactly what to look up and where.

Is this legal advice?

No. The guides help you organize questions, compare options and keep good records. When something needs a lawyer, inspector or other professional, we say so clearly.

My student already signed. Is it too late?

Not at all. The move-in report, roommate agreement, first-30-days plan and the entire Move-Out Kit are all for after the lease is signed.

Can my student use it, or is it just for parents?

Both. The guides are written for parents, but the scripts, checklists and worksheets are built for students to use themselves, with you coaching.

What if it doesn’t help?

Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I share it with other families?

Each purchase is for one household. You can print as many copies of the worksheets as your family needs. If your school or parent group would like copies, contact us about group pricing.
